QUALITY CONTROL SECTION

(1) SAFETY INSPECTIONS AND THOROUGH ANALYSIS

In order to provide safety and security from the customer's point of view, we are always making efforts to conduct a thorough inspection and analysis of our raw materials, products, or containers.


(2) ENHANCE QUALITY CONTROL

Consumer awareness of food safety is ever increasing. We too are shifting toward globally standardized quality control by becoming seriously involved in ISO22000 which covers HACCP and ISO9001,

(3) Increase efficiency of quality improvement through collaboration with different departments

By strengthing the supporting system of the quality control department, and making cooperation between the sections more smoothly, we will promote the efficiency of quality control and its speed.


MANUFACTURE SECTION

(1) organization, orderliness, cleaning/clean-up, sanitary, discipline, washing, sterilization

The slogan not only promote the conditions and efficiency of the work place, but also contributes to the education and training of the personnel, so that the quality of the work efficiency is improved in a comprehensive manner.


(2) REINFORCING THE CHECKING OF MANUFACTURING PROCESS

We strictly enforce the checking process of these three stages: (1) when introducing raw materials and resources, (2) at the manufacturing line, and (3) at the time of shipment so that we can deliver the products safely and securely to our customers.


(3) REINFORCING THE PERSONNEL EDUCATION AND TRAINING

We make an effort in educating and training the personnel to improve their skills and technical strength. We support such personnel who are able to reexamine and improve the manufacturing site.


CUSTOMER SUPPORT SECTION

(1) ACTIVITIES TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

We treasure the voices from our customers in order to improve the quality and services that we can offer. We will share such information among all the sections: product development, quality control, manufacturing, sales and customer support, and then work on in it readily and quickly.


(2) PROVISION OF ACCURATE INFORMATION AND SERVICES

When receiving inquiries about our products and services from our customers, managers in charge will respond in accordance with the nature of the inquiry so that we can provide more appropriate answer. Also, we will archive and accumulate such data so that we can quickly respond for the future support.


(3) SPEED OPTIMIZATION FOR THE SAFETY MEASURE IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

We make every possible effort to ensure quality control. But in case of defective products, we will promptly take countermeasures to identify the cause and prevent accidents.
